I grew up watching Horror at the young age of 10 in 1970...
1988 was the start of a new era for DeathrasheR. I was sick of the thrash scene because I believe it was turning to shit so I canned "DeathrasheR FanzinE" when I first heard about "Fantacon" a horror convention in Albany NY at The Governor Nelson Rockefeller Empire State Plaza Convention Center. It was the Tenth Anniversary Mega Show on September 10, 11, 1988 that I will never forget. Here on the web for the very first time is some pics, stubs, program covers, cool people I met and more. This will be in parts because I have so much stuff, I'm unorganized and I have to put it all in the cuntputer on top of it all. And that's work, I only had a cuntputer since Dec. 2005 and I'm still confused. I have video footage I will post in one of the parts soon too. The Horror Con Shows, I need help to make this DVD happen. I have lots of cool footage from Fantacon, Chiller, Fangoria and more. More on that soon too. En-Fucking-Joy

This is AWESOME man! Thanks for sharing this stuff, John. I didn't have a camera at the convention so I've had to rely on my old brain but these photos really bring it all back. Fucking great weekend. I wish I still had all the cool stuff I scored at Fantacon (like my Tom Savini trading cards and all my Gore Shrieks) but unfortunately a lot got lost over the years.
